The Bright Red L National Driving Schools Subscription Terms and Conditions of Use

The following are the terms and conditions agreed between the User and The Bright Red L for the National Driving School service (the Service).

  1. The Bright Red L Agrees to:
    1. make all reasonable effort to provide a website with a facility for pupils to book a lesson for a date and time entered by the user using the internet booking facility.
    2. make best endeavours to confirm with the User the details of lessons booked using e-mail and SMS text message.
    3. suspend services due to non payment of subscription fee within fourteen days of the fees due date until subscription is renewed.
    4. give fourteen days notice by e-mail of any price changes.
    5. accept no responsibility for losses incurred by the Instructor using the Service.
    6. accept no responsibility for loss of data.
    7. accept no responsibility for lost e-mail or SMS message or postal mail or other communication.
    8. accept no responsibility for money not received from the Instructor due to bank or merchant services or clearing error or other banking errors.
    9. accept no responsibility for taxation matters between the User and Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs.
    10. define unsuitable content added by the User.
    11. remove unsuitable content added by the User.
    12. The Bright Red L can change these terms and conditions at any time.
    13. inform the User of changes to these Terms and Conditions by e-mail.
    14. accept no responsibility for content or operation of web sites linked to the web site.
    15. retain ownership of the Users source code.
  2. The User agrees to:
    1. pay the subscription fee by debit or credit card subscription using The Bright Red L choice of merchant service.
    2. pay any reasonable increases in subscription fee.
    3. comply with these terms and conditions during any free trial periods.
    4. pay for damage to, or theft of, The Bright Red L property.
    5. not use The Bright Red L trade marks, or intellectual property without permission in writing from the owners.
    6. not copy or duplicate or publish The Bright Red L or any other copyright material supplied to the User.
    7. cease subscription payments in the event of cancellation of the Service.
    8. not publish unsuitable content.
    9. not publish copyright material other than that owned by the User.
    10. maintain the supplied e-mail address for communication.
    11. not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, post or transmit any part of the site, its programs or computer without written permission of The Bright Red L.
    12. make no greater than reasonable use of data storage on the website host.
    13. make no greater than reasonable use of data bandwidth on the website host.
    14. not link into from, or out to, unsuitable websites from their website content.
    15. not make a redirect into the website in a way that The Bright Red L considers might damage website Search Engine Optimisation.
    16. include a link to nationaldrivingschools.co.uk or instructorapps.co.uk with the visible text "Powered by Instructor Apps" in any HTML forms performing a post code search using HTML computer code not provided by National Driving Schools or The Bright Red L.

These Terms and Conditions will not affect any of Your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
