In Portsmouth, Southampton, Brighton and Bournemouth

Are you an ADI instructor operating on the South Coast and looking for a driving instructor franchise? At The Bright Red L we have been working from our Portsmouth base since 2002. We are expanding our South Coast team in Portsmouth, Southampton, Brighton and Bournemouth and have vacancies for ADI Driving Instructors.

You will be part of a team benefiting from proven, intensive, targeted marketing campaigns to quickly fill your car with pupils. Once established you will earn a top hourly rate for Portsmouth, Southampton, Brighton or Bournemouth. Our objective is to keep you busy to keep your annual earnings high.

We are one of very few driving schools who provide a full online booking system. Your available driving lessons can be booked by pupils direct through our website 24 hours a day, every day. Whilst 6 out of 10 pupils choose to book driving lessons this way we also provide a phone service for those who prefer to call.

As part of our South Coast Instructor Team you have our support to help develop your skills. We will help you develop a CPD program and give advice on the business side of your franchise. We are available on the phone and being local to Portsmouth, Southampton, Brighton and Bournemouth, the owners, Colin and Sue Martin, are able to arrange meetings when needed.

If you have your own car you can use it for teaching, alternatively, a lease can be arranged for your choice of car, we provide you with a headboard. You can choose to have signwriting on leased cars to get yourself recognised.
